Country Fest & Auction

is held annually on the fourth Saturday of August at the Garrett County Fairgrounds in McHenry, MD from        8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

Admissions and Parking are FREE

(This church was formerly known as Dry Run Mennonite Church in Swanton, MD and has relocated to Bittinger)

Last year there were approximately 2200 visitors from different parts of the country, many of whom are from the greater Baltimore-Washington areas.  

   Proceeds from this event are primarily used for the building and expansion of the Bittinger Mennonite Church and School.   The school,  located in Bittinger, MD is a church-supported school for students in  grades 1-12. 

  Ten percent of the proceeds is donated to Christian Aid Ministries (CAM), a Mennonite non-profit, tax exempt relief organization whose headquarters is in Berlin, OH.  CAM serves as a channel for the church to minister to physical and spiritual needs around the world.
